ArchLord will feature an innovative payment method known as PlayPLUS. The PlayPLUS system will enable players to purchase subscription packages that include both game-time and in-game bonus credits. Credits will be redeemable against bonus in-game items and benefits, such as teleportation spells, health boosts and many other desirable enhancements.

Three varying monthly subscription packages will be available via the PlayPLUS system. The entry-level package will cost just $9.99 / €9.99 / £6.99, inclusive of tax, and will include a credit allowance for players to purchase initial items and enhancements. Other packages will be available and offer varying pricing discounts and additional credits for use in-game.

I was kinda looking forward to giving this game a try but after reading this crap, I wont touch ArchLord. Basically if you dont have the time to play the MMO you can just buy your way to the end game. Thats a bunch of bullshit if you ask me. Why not just skip the whole leveling process and allow people to just buy top level characters. Im sure you can make just as much money to fill your greedy pockets.
