The fine folks at mythic have lifted the NDA for the most part. There are still some aspects of beta under NDA but all the general information such as classes, skills, items, zones, etc. can now be found and discussed in forums, irc, etc.. wardb.com is a great place to go for almost everything relating to warhammer online and I expect it to be one of the main sources to go to for looking up items, quests, and so on.
